The chamber frame uses reinforced steel, and key load-bearing areas undergo strengthening treatment to maintain structural integrity even under extreme overpressure conditions. All welds are subjected to non-destructive testing to ensure reliable welding quality. Before leaving the factory, each chamber undergoes a hydrostatic test at 1.5 times the working pressure to verify structural strength. This engineering philosophy of “design margin” ensures that OxyMega oxygen chambers maintain reliable structural safety throughout long-term use.
